GENERAL INFORMATION
The website and webshop SPORTSHJERTE at the domain sportshjerte.dk are owned and operated by Sportshjerte, CVR: 39792826.

DELIVERY
Orders are packed within 48 hours of ordering. This does not apply to items marked as pre-order items with longer delivery times. The normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1–2 business days after the order has been dispatched.

All items are shipped via DAO or PostNord and are delivered while supplies last.

We reserve the right for typographical errors, inventory discrepancies, and price changes.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 30 days of free returns and exchanges on all items purchased at www.sportshjerte.dk.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the final item.

If you have ordered multiple items in one order and Sportshjerte cannot deliver them at the same time, the withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the final item.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without clearly notifying us.

RETURNS
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery. Remember to obtain a receipt for the parcel drop-off.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
YOU LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

If you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN RETURNED
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. In other words – you can try the item in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, Sportshjerte considers it used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or none at all, depending on the item’s commercial value.

To receive a full refund, you may only do what you would do in a physical store – examine the item, but not use it.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid back. In the case of a value reduction for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the refund.

If you use your right of return, Sportshjerte will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Sportshjerte may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received, unless you have provided documentation that it has been returned.

PRE-ORDERING
If you pre-order an item, the amount will be reserved on your card and only charged once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
Your order will be placed in a first-come, first-served queue, meaning those who pre-order first will receive the item first.
The waiting time for pre-orders can be up to three months depending on supply and demand.

PERSONAL DATA DURING PURCHASE
To enter into an agreement with us, Sportshjerte needs the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Sportshjerte registers your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

The data is registered with www.sportshjerte.dk and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, Sportshjerte ensures that this is done with your express consent, so you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.

As a customer of www.sportshjerte.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted under the Data Protection Act and inquiries should be directed to patricia@sportshjerte.dk.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
All credit card information is automatically encrypted. Sportshjerte does not store credit card data.

CONTACT INFORMATION
By entering your email address or mobile phone number, you agree that Sportshjerte may contact you via email or SMS with information about your order. Please note that you accept our privacy policy when using this website and webshop.

COMPETITION TERMS
You may only participate in a competition once per draw. The competition does not require a purchase. You are entered into the prize draw when you participate via email or Facebook and/or have correctly answered the competition questions. If there is suspicion of cheating, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the draw.

IF YOU WIN
Winners will be contacted directly via email, and names will be published on Facebook or by email. By participating, you consent to this publication. Prizes will be sent to winners within approximately 14 days. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

When entering a competition, you must provide all the personal information requested so that Sportshjerte can send any prizes. Sportshjerte is not responsible for any typographical errors. We reserve the right to change prizes or cancel competitions with immediate effect.

COMPLAINTS
Sportshjerte inspects all items before dispatch. The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s rules on defects apply to purchases.

If you have a complaint, please contact Sportshjerte at patricia@sportshjerte.dk as the first step. Naturally, the complaint must be justified, and the issue must not have arisen due to misuse or damaging behavior.

HOW QUICKLY MUST I COMPLAIN?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. Please register your complaint by writing to patricia@sportshjerte.dk.

When returning the item, please include as much detail as possible about the issue.

Remember to return the item in proper packaging and obtain a receipt for dispatch.

Note! Sportshjerte does not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or similar.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
If you wish to file a complaint regarding your purchase, you should contact patricia@sportshjerte.dk. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can file a complaint with the relevant complaints board, provided the conditions are met.
